The Tournament Organiser and League Manager will be responsible for selecting the top 3 male and female players based on the above criteria. It is their responsibility to identify the person that finishes 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category, but the order will be kept secret until the night of the awards presentation. In the event of players finishing level on points the league manager and tournament organiser plus the county chairman will have the power to select the winner.
- All 6 nominations will be contacted by the Association to inform them of their selection and invited to the awards ceremony.
- If a player is not present at the awards ceremony and an immediate relative (Father/Mother, brother/sister) is not available to receive the trophy on their behalf it will be given to the next runner-up.
- For verification the executive shall be informed after the event of where the nominated players received their points.
